connecting factory driveline to ford 8.8 rearend

I have a 68 f100 with the crown Vic front IFS and a ford explorer 8.8 rearend, my question is how is everyone connecting the driveline to the 8.8 pinion flange, any help would be greatly appreciated I'm also running a c6 trans
