yea thats where they get you is the bottles. wheather you buy or lease them is the thing. it is still a big expense. i have the guages and all of that. but i cant afford the bottles at all.

I didn't think that they were so much I really am bumin now,because I was taught how to braze---even with the migs of today--I still think that this is a better way for some areas

what kind of eats me is the licence part of the bottles. i guess its a good way to make sure they arent stolen but that really doesnt matter all that much if you have one licence you can have as many bottles as you want with that one licence.

Look on craigslist. I can't imagine spending more than $200 on a nice torch and private tanks. Fillup should run you about $25 for both tanks if you have big ones. I think my 280 oxy tanks are about $6 and 75 acetylenes are $14.
